ArgoCon 2022 is almost here! This year, ArgoCon, arranged by CNCF Argo Community, will be held at Mountain View, California, and virtually from September 19-21.

ArgoCon is designed to foster collaboration, discussion, and knowledge sharing on the Argo Project, which consists of four projects: Argo CD, Argo Workflows, Argo Rollouts, and Argo Events.

Argo CD- supports declarative GitOps-based continuous delivery of any Kubernetes resource

Argo Workflows- a  container-native workflow engine for Kubernetes supporting both DAG and step-based workflows

Argo Rollouts- provides declarative progressive delivery strategies such as canary and blue-green deployments.

Argo Events- an event-based dependency manager to trigger workflows and applications

If you are new to Argo or using Argo within your organization, this event is for you. Connect with others who are passionate about Argo and interact with project maintainers. Learn from industry experts on how to adopt Argo in your cloud-native environment. Get inspired by and provide input to Argo leads on project roadmaps.

ArgoCon is a vendor-neutral event where you can discuss how to get started with Argo, ways to scale and manage Argo, the best practices of deploying and scaling into production environments, technical sessions, and thought leadership.

Brief Introduction to Argo

Argo CD is a declarative, GitOps continuous delivery tool for Kubernetes. For many organizations, Argo CD has become the de facto way of deploying and managing applications. Some of them are Google, Tesla, NVIDIA, GitHub, Adobe, IBM, and Red Hat.  This increased adoption of the open-source CD tool, ArgoCD, indicates that it is making GitOps easier and more approachable for teams who want to adopt it. However, like any other CD tool, engineering teams must overcome the operational complexity of managing multiple Argo instances. Plus, when scaling  Argo and Kubernetes in the enterprise, teams need an assured way of securing vulnerabilities, reducing misconfiguration errors, and resolving issues faster.
