OpsMx Spinnaker Installation Options

Steps :

    • Install OLM:
      $ kubectl apply -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/operator-framework/operator-lifecycle-
      manager/master/deploy/upstream/quickstart/olm.yaml
    • Install Spinnaker:
      $ kubectl create -f https://operatorhub.io/install/opsmx-spinnaker-operator.yaml
    • Copy the YAML content provided in below link and create a file (say example.yaml)

    • After saving the yaml file, execute the below command
      kubectl create -f <Filename> -n operators
    • By doing the above steps, spinnaker will start in 5-7 min based on your resource allocation of deployment platform.

    • Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM) is installed by default, on OpenShift. Please verify
    • Install Spinnaker command::
      $ oc apply -f https://operatorhub.io/install/opsmx-spinnaker-operator.yaml
