Senior Account Executive - San Francisco Bay Area, CA / Remote

The Person We Want: Sales Account Executive

The best description of this role is the Man in the Arena metaphor – this is an ode to the individual who enters the sales arena and though they may stumble and fall, they know there is no greater service than to follow their passion and purpose, winning new customers. The credit belongs to those who risk defeat, humiliation and yet are purposeful in their conviction towards success. Some things we consider:

  • Curious about customers and solutions, high IQ behavior
  • Domain understanding, interest and experience
  • Strong understanding of platforms, products and services
  • A focus on being analytical and qualitative
  • Deep knowledge of their business, their patch and named accounts
  • A personal drive to get it done, compete and Quarterback the deals
  • A desire to help the company, give product and solutions feedback and be both a “bull in China shop” and a “diplomat” to work within the organization

We think you will have – we still are open minded and could be wrong – the following background:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in enterprise IT or software sales experience
  • Really good knowledge of the DevOps space
  • A proven sales hunter and closer
  • Experience in managing and owning the full sale cycle from lead to closing the deal
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales goals
  • Responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline
  • Exceeding your number- Winning new logos, and upselling/cross-selling
  • Collaborating with other teams, including sales engineering and sales development

Senior Sales Engineer / Solution Architect - San Francisco Bay Area, CA / Remote

What we are looking for a strong A player to join the team :

  • Assist the sales team in the qualification of customer needs and conduct needs analysis prior to demo
  • Product Demonstration
  • Understand the prospect’s requirements and work with the sales team to write solutions
  • Create necessary documentation, presentations, and product demonstrations that help educate the customers
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Pilot engagements with prospects
  • Helping the sales team in responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Supporting events – webinars/conferences/shows

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

  • 10 years of strong Pre-sales or Solution Engineering experience
  • Experience or exposure to DevOps

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Post Graduate degree preferred

Senior DevOps Engineer - San Francisco Bay Area, CA / Remote

What we are looking for a strong A player to join the team :

  • Plan, deploy, and maintain critical business applications in a production environment
  • Designing and implementing appropriate environments for those applications
  • Engineer suitable release management procedures and provide production support
  • Automating the provisioning of environments with Chef or Ansible, and deploying environments using containers, like Docker or Kubernetes

Product Manager - Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Remote

Job Description :

  • Assist the sales team in the qualification of customer needs and conduct needs analysis prior to demo
  • The candidate will be responsible to deliver innovative product capabilities and modules in line with the overall product roadmap.
  • In addition to features, you would be responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, including product performance, quality, privacy, security and other compliance requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and other internal stakeholders to prioritize and define road-maps and deliver on the road-map, drive key decisions and influence pricing and go-to-market strategy
  • Build and cultivate strong internal and external partnerships, and maintain a collaborative culture to drive the best outcomes for our customers.
  • Drive adoption and growth of product features among our customers and deliver high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources and use the learning to help the team make the right decisions and to continually improve our product.
  • Ability to prioritize and define short- and medium-term product road-maps, take the inputs from the leadership team and translate them into the valid requirements for the engineering team for implementation.
  • Be the first customer of the product & validate it against the requirements defined.

Skill Required:

  • Sound technical background with understanding and experience in software development processes & methodologies, web technologies
  • 8+ years of overall work experience in Engineering, Product Management Expertise in CI-CD, Automation & Continuous Monitoring Expertise working on an enterprise product – preferably hands-on experience with SaaS/PaaS product management
  • Excellent communication and writing, interpersonal & coordination skills
  • Experience defining projects, collecting requirements & writing detailed functional specifications
  • Thorough knowledge of enterprise software platforms and software development methods and processes. Communicate the roadmap and strategy to customer-facing technical and sales teams.
  • Deliver demos, videos and presentations to customers, partners, internal and external audiences.

Job Description :

Develop effective strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of OpsMx products to customers

  • Study company products and translate technical details into benefits for the user
  • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
