Gopal Dommety, Ph.D. is the Chief Executive Officer of OpsMx, a company advancing the automation and security of software delivery for the modern enterprise. Under his leadership, OpsMx is redefining how organizations build, secure, and release software—enabling developers to deliver innovation with speed, safety, and confidence. A technologist and inventor, Dr. Dommety holds over 70 patents and is the principal author of several Internet Protocols (RFCs) that power today’s global networking infrastructure. His work has shaped critical areas of large-scale distributed systems, algorithmic design, and secure automation. He has also authored more than 20 peer-reviewed papers, book chapters, and journal publications, and previously led the Mind-Map Project, an AI research initiative focused on modeling behavioral and personality traits from user-generated data. Before founding OpsMx, he was a General Partner at Neem Capital, a technology-focused investment firm, and held senior leadership roles in product management, research, and engineering at major technology companies and startups. Rooted in humble beginnings from a remote village in India, Gopal’’s career is guided by the principles of simplicity, first-principles thinking, and purpose-driven innovation—values that continue to shape his vision for building secure, intelligent, and resilient technology systems that move the world forward.

Gopinath Rebala is the CTO of OpsMx, where he has overall responsibility for the machine learning and data processing architectures of OpsMx Enterprise for Spinnaker. Gopi also has a strong connection with our customers, leading design and architecture for strategic implementations. Gopi is a frequent speaker and well known leader in continuous delivery and in the Spinnaker community. Previously, Gopi was a co-founder and CTO at N42, which delivered machine learning tools for large operational systems.

David Greene as CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) has a background of helping SaaS companies go from $2-$20M and recently did so at Fortanix. He started his career in Marketing and moved into Selling. He was the CEO of ZeroStack, an OpenStack company which was acquired by Lenovo.

Robert Boule is a technology enthusiast with PASSION for technology and making things work along with a knack for helping others understand how things work. He comes with around 19 years of solution engineering experience. He is known for his dynamic & interactive Spinnaker & CI/CD presentations.

David Martin runs field operations for OpsMx. He has successfully built sales and customer success organizations multiple times in his career, building Lightbend revenue from zero to $40M ARR. He has extensive experience in DevOps and continuous delivery (CD) as VP of Sales at Electric Cloud (Acquired by Cloudbees). Additionally he has had senior sales roles at Sun Microsystems and Salesforce.

As Country Director India, Shashank brings in over 25+ years of experience in enterprise software and solution sales. Over these years he has led teams for enterprise sales, business development and field operations. He has successfully driven several strategic initiatives in highly regulated industries like BSFI, Health Care and FinTech.
